Buildings from small studio’s to five bedroom homes are built on their central Pukekohe construction site. There are a range of 13 standard homes as well as eight studio floorplans to choose from, or any one of the standard floorplans can be customised to meet your needs.

Force 3 Construction can also build on your site if you prefer.

All Force 3 Transportable homes are constructed using the revolutionary MAXIM panel building method and meet the provisions of the NZ Building Code of 50 years durability. They feature Colorsteel roofing, low maintenance cladding and have double glazing as standard. The interiors are finished to a high standard with paint and floor coverings which you specify from their range of options.

The completed house is then delivered to your site ready for connection to services – you can move straight in.
